Everywhere I am looking, I see opportunities.  You know, most people, the cattle, they look at things and they see only those things, but I see opportunity in everything.  When I buy the whole ranch on the lake, it has a huge old house and it is very freezing inside.  I must tell you one day, the whole story of buying this ranch, because it is so amusing and so full of my clever work.  That is to be another day, another day.

This old ranch house it is built many years ago, by a man who is not a good builder.  There is no insulation in the floor of this house and it makes incredible freezing cold.  It is also a big house with many bedrooms and a huge living room and dining room and living area, all in one big space.  This room is bigger than all of my own house rooms together!  All of this is heated by one big old fire.  It has also, a wood furnace that is very old and not good to use, so I tell them, the visitors, that they cannot use it, because it is dangerous.  It had also propane heating, but I removed the propane heating, because it is very expensive to use.  One of the people I talk to near to the ranch, he is paying nearly three thousand dollars each year for his propane bill.  That is stupid crazy.

The ranch house, it has great windows, from nearly the floor to the roof, that are looking out to a beautiful lake view; I tell people this is the best view in all of BC, a better view, than my house even, and they agree with me always.

This old house is making the perfect place to conduct, I think that is a good word, yes?  It is the perfect place to conduct my business.  Hawhawhaw….  That is so clever, but you will not understand this joke.  Hawhawhaw…..

Once I have a kuh on my fishing hook and I have made a visit to him in his home, I tell him that he must come to stay in the ranch house for a time and he will know then that he wants to live on this property.  I talk with him for a long time and many times, on the telephone and in emails and I send him pictures in the email and show him also on my website, how wonderful is this place.  In these talks, I tell him I know that what he finds here is perfect for him and his family and he must not waste his journeys when he is visiting here, because it is remote and not so easy to bring his possessions all at once.  He must bring his personal things and his belongings. He will want to bring books and toys for the children and clothes and perhaps some furniture and things for the kitchen.  I tell him it is a good house, but there is not much inside for his comfort and he must stay for two or three or four months, to rightly see how wonderful is this place.. This is my good advice to him, that he must prepare and plan and not waste the journey, because he will definitely want to stay here forever.  I will help him even, if he is flying to the local airport I will collect him, because I tell him it is nearly five hours of driving from the airport to the ranch.  I can collect him with his family and all of his belongings that he can carry on the aircraft, in my big truck.

Here is opportunity number one.  I make this journey for him and his family and I make careful notes of time and distance to travel, so that I can make an invoice at a later time.  Ten hours of driving my big Ford truck, with using so much of my precious time, is very expensive, you know.  For a time, I let him to believe that I do this for nothing, for free, and he is so happy and he is thinking that I am so rich and generous.

I want him to arrive in the house when the weather is good and the mud and the snow is gone, but sometimes he wants to come in spring and that is ok also, he learns much faster, how cold is the house.  But now he is in the trap.  This sounds like something terrible to me even, but I like to be truthful with myself.  It is a fact that the cattle tell lies to themselves for all of the day. They like to pretend that everything is good and that they are in control, so they tell lies to themselves with their minds.  ‘Everything is wonderful,’ they will say in their heads, even though they are freezing cold and the children are crying and they are all unhappy.  They are thinking in their heads that it will all be better soon and this is not a permanent problem.  That is a lie in their heads!  They are not happy, so it must be telling them that they must to change something in the life, to make it better.  But, they go on believing it must be better soon and better soon and better soon and it just gets worse and worse and worse.  They are great liars to themselves.  You have a saying in English, that you must call a spade is a spade.  I can understand this saying; it is good.  But I am calling a spade is a spade in my head, when I am thinking and talking to myself.  When I am talking to other people, I can call a spade any name I want, because this is just business, but in my head I am telling myself the truth and that makes me happy, because you do not make lies to your friends, and you are your own friend, yes?  So yes, it is a trap where I am bringing him.  It is a trap, because if he does not have a car or a truck, then he cannot escape without my help.  There is no-one living here for many kilometres around and I will make for certain that he does not meet any neighbour or know anyone else for one or two or three months, while he is here.  You must never introduce your buyers to your neighbours.  That is a big tip I give to you and it will help you much if you use this information in your business.  Never let your buyers meet your neighbours.

So he is in the trap with his family and his belongings.  He does not know this yet and I do not want him to know this yet, for I have first to squeeze the money all out of him and make him sign the documents to buy the property.  My work is changing now, from the telephone and emails to personal work, where I must do much talking and showing him the property.  I must show my great charm and be a man that they really like and so they must want to be my neighbour.

This next phase is very difficult sometimes.  The important method is to divide and conquer; you must divide the man and the wife and when they are divided, then they are conquered.  So, I take the man away from the house to show him the property and to show him other properties that are not so good, so that he knows that he is getting the very best property.  This is leaving then, the woman and when I am lucky, there also are children; leaving the woman and the children together in the old ranch house.  It is a cold and empty and lonely house, I must tell you this.  But, they are all happy, because this is not for living in all of their time, this is only like a holiday for a short time, while they make plans for their own house.  A little uncomfort they can live with for a short time, yes?  This takes great skill to see that they are not unhappy too soon.  If they are unhappy too soon, then the plan fails, but when the seeds of the unhappiness are sown early, then I must spend only a little time dividing them after the documents are signed.  I love this part of the game; it is like a cat playing with a mouse, yes?  I like to play with them and watch their emotions and how they are happy and then it is interesting how they squeak, when I push them with a sharp claw, but they tell lies to themselves in their heads, that they are happy and it will be good when they have their own house.  I love this game so much, can you understand this?  I love playing this game with the mouse, because he is so stupid.  The mouses, they fall into my traps and they run from one corner of the room to  the other corner and they do not runaway because they make a deny to themselves, that it is all good and happy.  I push them this way and I push them that way and I make them squeak and squeak and squeak.  Ha!  This is making me so excited, just to think of this, you know?  Here in my chest, I am breathing excitement; I think this is something you do not know the feeling.  Perhaps it is only a God feeling; to have such power in my hands and to watch the little mouse dance with the music I play to him, like this and like this and his eyes are open wide, like so.   Hawhawhawhaw……  Ha!  Yes!

Hhhhmmmmm….  So.

The timing is very important during this plan.  I must make them to sign the documents in the first few days, while they are exciting about the new property and the wonderful view and new house they are building.  A week is long enough for this purpose.  It is in the second week that the woman is getting angry and tired with the cold and the children are complaining also of cold and they have not much food.  So, I must to make certain they are being happy for a time.  So, after they are living in the house for a few days, I tell them to take my truck and drive into town, because they need food and things for the house and the children.  This is good.  I tell them perhaps, to make my shopping also; I have only a small list of things to buy and they can do this for me, while they are in town.  This is a long day for shopping in the local town, when you have young children, this is more true, I know this.

Now they are borrowing my truck. Ha!  Here, do you see another opportunity?  How much must I charge them for using my truck do you think?  Ha!  They also are buying my shopping and they must also fill my truck with diesel and it has two big tanks.  This is always making a smile inside my head, that they do all these things, but are afraid to ask for money for the shopping, because they think ‘well, we have borrowed his truck for this long journey, he is so generous, we can give him a present of his shopping’.  Hawhawhaw…. Stupid people, yes?  This is so much fun, I am always enjoying this game.

When they are returning, I visit them in the ranch house and sit down with a beer, because I have told them I like to drink a beer with them and I have told them to buy beer for us.  They want to impress me, this is a truth. This day they are tired and they have had not such a good day when they are in town, doing so many things.  It is such a long drive on the rough gravel road that they do not know and the children now are tired and hungry, so the woman must cook the meal and look after the children, whilst I am talking business with the man.  When he is tired is a very good time to make agreements, do you know?  He has not his defence and his brain is not connected well, so he is not thinking good.  This is the best time to make agreements and I tell him he must come to my house the next day, so that we can look at the documents and make finished the paperwork.  Do you understand that I am always, always thinking of the plan and making the plan to work the best for me.  I do not leave any small thing not planned; I work always on this.  I can sit for whole days in my office, just thinking and making the plans.  This plan is working very well, let me tell you.

And the old ranch house, that I have spent much money on, to make it look so good, has made me many more times the money in his return.  The house is an opportunity and you must always be looking for these opportunities, to be successful.  Some people they say to me, that I must pull this old house down and build a new one.  This would make the kuh very comfortable and too happy, don’t you think?  I am not doing this to give him a holiday!  He is here to give me his money and here I am calling it a spade, is it not so?

The Canada people are in love with minerals and oil.  They love them so much that the government is very happy for people to dig great holes in any place, if they can find something to make the country more rich.  You can look on the Internet and see the huge, and I am telling you now, fantastic huge diggings in the earth for the tar sands.  Enormous beyond imagining in your head.  It is the size of Florida or of Britain and it is only beginning.  The tar sands are now making the biggest area of environment pollution on the planet and it happens in this nice squeaky clean country called Canada, that is so proud of its image of maple syrup  hawhaw…  Perhaps it is not a country so sweet and nice, yes?

Canada government is so greedy for money with this biggest country in the world almost and with so little peoples that it makes a law that allows the people to dig in the soil on another man’s property.  Hawhawhaw…. Is this true and believable, you say?  This would make people in Germany crazy and they would not allow this thing!  They would kill each other with their shovels and picks, I think.  But in Canada, the Mineral Tenure Act is making the country very, very rich.  Mining for gold is what made the countries of America and Canada in the beginning; not the idiot nonsense about the Founding Fathers.  Mining for gold made people crazy in the time between one hundred and two hundred years ago and it is the same craziness today, but only mining for anything that can be sold.  Mining makes people so greedy, because they are thinking in their heads that they have something from the earth and it costs them nothing.  Oh greed!  What a wonderful emotion it is in the cattle.  They are not created to understand how to manage greed in their heads and their bodies; they are too weak and stupid.  Only the Gods can manage greed and they do not let it control them, but they know how to control it and they know how to use the cattle that are suffering from greed.

You understand, I think, that human greed cannot ever be satisfied like you can satisfy hunger by eating a big piece of meat.  They cannot eat and satisfy this greed hunger, no.  Humans that have greed must be destroyed, because they destroy the planet.  Even when they have destroyed the planet and sucked everything out of the soil and poisoned all of the water, they are still controlled by greed.  They will learn then to steal from each other and they will become greedy for the things that other people have.  Greed is the most dangerous emotion in the cattle, because the Gods did not make them to understand it.  One day the Gods must have to eliminate all of the cattle and make new slaves.

But you know, this greed is all very good for my business. Ha!

Of course, I would not do this mining thing and start to dig in the soil; this is too much hard work for me and my hands would get dirty.  But I like that I can use this law to control the value of property and to control the cattle.

One time, I use this Mineral Rights law, because I was in a bad business situation.  I own this beautiful piece of property on a lakefront and it has over half a mile of beach, with many miles of excellent water.  I want to subdivide this land and sell it many times, but the land is in the ALR (Agricultural Land Reserve) and it is not possible to subdivide with this type of land.  So, I create a plan to divide the land into four pieces and make them belong to a company.  I can then sell shares in this company and each shareholder can have a piece of land with his shares.  This is such a good plan and I create the company and a shareholders document that gives the shareholders the rights to their land.  The shareholders do not own the land, because this is not legal without subdivision, but the document gives them the rights to use the land and to build a house on it.  I must make the shareholders agreement to look good to the buyers, because they would not want to buy only the shares.  They do not hold the title document to the property and the cattle, they like to have a piece of paper that makes them feel good.

So, I am thinking of even a better plan.  There is much more property I own, that is joining these parcels, but this does not have the attractive lakefront and is not so easy to sell.  I think very much about this and I make a plan that makes the shareholding more attractive, because the shareholders buy also, together with the shares, a separate parcel of land that is joining the lakefront parcel.  This gives to the buyers, a title document for a big piece of land to make them feel good, even though it is not much good land for anything and it gives to them rights to build on a piece of lakefront.  This was a very good idea.  This is perfect already!

You are thinking that now that I am caring for the buying people and I want them to have all the good things, yes?  This is true, but only because I want them to think that way also.  This makes it easy to sell the property, when they are thinking that they have such a good deal.

Now consider the plan carefully, they do not own the property that they build their house on.  They believe in the Shareholders Trust document, that it gives them the rights I am telling them it gives, but what happens if I squeeze them?  You know?  Like I squeeze people for money and I squeeze them to hurt and want to run away.  I like this word ‘squeeze,’ it sounds good.  I read about this word and it is the same as the German ‘quetschen,’ but it has the better sound, like you are really crushing someone, like this.

The lakefront land is the best parcel of land for many kilometers all around and the people want to live on a lakefront.  This is giving me the big advantage for eliminating the kuhe, once they are living on the land.  They do not own the land that they are living on, but they think they have the rights because of the shareholders document.  This is so brilliant, yes?  Because I am creating the company in Delaware, the buyers do not have all the rights of a Canadian company.  If they want to make the trouble for me, they must go to Delaware and Delaware does not care about shareholders of the companies it allows to be made.

When I moved the kuhe into the elimination process, they screamed and they jumped their feet on the ground, like naughty children hawhawhaw…..  They learn, like you say, that the rug is pulled from under their feet.

One couple, they are very upset and they make lots of noise and I learn that they try to buy the shares from the other shareholders, who are also in the elimination process.  They are much easier to move, because they have small children.  Oh, I like this so much, when they have children, because they do not want their children to see all the argument and the anger and the tears.  I will tell you now, I teach my children to be tough and to face all the emotions, because it makes them stronger.  I teach them not to run away from the bad feelings and to enjoy the process when other people are upset.  They must experience this in life sometime, so I must be a good father and teach them how to control people with their emotions, when they are young

This family with children is the perfect buyer for me and if you want to sell real estate, I advise you always, to sell to families with small children.  They are so soft, it is like squeezing a rotting tomato.  Ha!  Ha!  This is good; it is easy to squeeze them, like so!

Now, the family is acting according to the shareholders agreement. This document tells them what they must do to sell the shares and they must to offer them to their neighbours firstly.  This thing they do, but I am then thinking, what happened if the other people really buy the shares?  This would be disaster for me, because it gives to them 50% of the shareholding in the company.  I am thinking, when I made this company, only that it is no trouble, because when they are all eliminating, they will not want to buy any more shares.  You see now how important it is that you must always examine your plan from every direction.  The plan is different when you place it on the table and you look from each way.  Here, I did not think that someone would want to buy more shares in a company that is doing so many bad things to remove them.  This is stupid, I think.  However, I am making the big error, thinking like this.  If they have 50% shareholding then they can make changes to the company and force things to happen to the company, because no company should ever be in the stupid place of having two shareholders each with 50% shares.  I did not think rightly when I created this, so now I must create another plan to take the shares for myself.

Let me tell you, this mistake cost me much money and much talking and dealing to take those 25% shares.  Because I am a God, I am good at reading what is inside people’s heads and I was correct that the other people had agreed to buy the extra 25% shares.  They could see this chance of getting rid of me as president of the company and losing me control.  Even though I still have many more cards in my shirt arm, this action would cause me many problems and this is when I played the great Mining Scam.

Yes, I suppose it is a scam, but such a small word does not describe that it is an idea so great.  I look at my Free Miners account on the Internet and I had first to make the mineral tenures that I have for the lakefront land, into the hands of another businessman I am dealing with, because it would not look good to make them from my own name, on a straight road to the mining company.

I then sell the tenures for the lakefront, from the businessman’s account to the account of the new mining company I have invented.  I use for this account, the name of a miner I was talking to one time.  I call him and tell him I want to make a joke on someone who is living on my property and I tell to him the plan. I know he is a man who enjoys this joke, so I want to fax to him a letter of intent to commence mining on my own lakefront property, a letter I have written myself and I ask from him the favour, to fax this letter back to me, but to not use his home or business fax number; I do not want this to be tracked.  My friend told me he will send it from a local store near Vancouver; this is perfect.  Ha!

When I receive the fax, I then write to the property company shareholders and tell them that I have received a letter that tells me mining is about to commence on our property.  That is it.  I do not describe anything about the company, but only that work will commence soon.  This makes so much sense, because everybody in the region has seen the survey company operating near the road and they will know that this is for possible mining.  They will be so upset and they will be so full of fear that they will lose everything and it will all be worth nothing at all.  I was shaking and squeezing with excitement, when I do this little trick, I was feeling like a little boy in a toy store.

Of course, I get the reply from the shareholders, that I must tell them all about the mining company and it is my duty as president to protect them, blah blah blah.  Pech!

My little scam works, because they do not buy the shares until they know about the mining and when it is starting and where it will be.  They do not know that it is not possible to do the mining on this land, because it is farmland in the ALR and that it is on a steep hill going into the lake, but this makes no matter; I have won!  Thank you Canada for your stupid crazy laws.  The law is my true friend!

I explain to you in detail, how you must use fear when you are buying property and selling property and when also you are processing people during the elimination phase.  The Goad is the great symbol of power and of fear.  Power is in the hands of the man that holds the Goad strongly, like so.  It makes fear in the cattle that are looking at the pointing end, like so.  The Gods of Egypt and of all other nations, they understood this symbol, that it makes so much fear in people.  The Egyptians, they named it the Was.  In other nations they name it as staff or a rod or a spear.  Think about your men of religion, they hold big sticks and they tell you that these sticks show that they are sheep ranchers.  Ha!  These words also must tell you what is the real design of the religion, that they make themselves to be better than you and more powerful than you, because they hold the stick with the curly end and direct you to do what they say.  This is power.  Even the magic man, he names his stick a wand, but they are all the same thing; they are all the greatest symbol of power on Earth.  You see that I also carry these sticks.  Perhaps they are not so big, but they are symbols of my power.

You are bored, because I tell you many times about fear and that fear is your greatest friend in this game of real estate, but it is truth, like no other truth.  When you make people afraid of you, then you control them.  Where do I learn this information from?

I refer you to the greatest book ever written; the most important words ever to be told and they are all in a book that anyone can read.  Do you know what book this is?  I am certain that many people will shout to me that it is the Bible or one of those other books of distraction that so many people enjoy to argue and to kill each other about.  These books are designed to control your minds, create confusion and to make anger and violence between peoples.  The Bibles are written to keep you in a state of stupidness and insecurity, because they are so very confusing.  Bible bashers shake their books at me and tell me that many nasty things are going to happen to me, because of what is written in their books.  Let me tell you something, you are all fools!  Nasty things happen to people because of what is in their thoughts inside their heads.  When you think lots of nasty things, you attract lots of nasty things.  When you think for all of the day that you have no money, then why is so much a surprise that you have no money?  When you think that your God will punish you because you believe you have made a sin, then you should be happy when you attract that punishment as illness or accident or loss.  But, when you think that you are a God and you deserve to have everything you want, then that also is precisely what you get.  The law works in all ways!  The Universe does not care what you do, but only what you think about what you do.

In the Bible, you read some words and sometimes you make them to mean one thing and sometimes you make them to be a different meaning.  You change the meaning to fit a situation and you create in your own head a confusion.  What do you think you attract when you are confused?  You attract a confusing life, of course.  Sometimes two people will argue about the meaning of the same words and they will even fight each other.  This is total craziness!  So many of the wars you are fighting, because of beliefs and not totally understanding the words in these books.  This book I tell you about today though, there is not any craziness and there is not any confusion in it, because it is cold, hard, science.  Wars are not made because of confusion in this book, wars are won and wars are ended because of what is written in this book.

This book I am telling about is not so well known.  Many people, I have heard them say the name of the author, yet they have never read this book.  Even if I tell you the title of the book you will be not much more wise.  It is called ‘The Prince.’  I imagine you shaking your heads or making creases in your front-heads because you do not know this book.  You think he is a singer, don’t you?  Ha!  Only perhaps one or two of the wise people will be nodding slowly in understanding and appreciation.  ‘The Prince’ was written by Niccolo Machiavelli.  It was written in Italy, in the beginning of the fifteen hundred century, but what he tells in the book does not get old, not like a modern book.  One man told me one day that I was Machiavellian.  Hawhawhaw…..  This is so good , that he used this word and he did not know that he was telling truth; he wanted to make me an insult or a witch curse, but I feel very good when he said this thing.  I am a Machiavellian, yes, like some people say to me that they are a Christian.  I have a book of instructions that is not in any way confusing and it works perfectly.

If you follow the instructions in this book, then you also can be a great leader, because it is the science of ruling and controlling people.  It is the science of making people do what you want them to do.  Machiavelli knowed, knew exactly the things that are happening in the heads of the cattle and he made a book of rules to teach leaders in his country how to control the cattle.  This is a book only for the few; for the Gods and for the leaders of men.  This book worked in Italy and it works now in America and it works in Germany and it works in Iran.  It works in all countries and for all people.

People open and close their mouth like a fish when they hear the name of the author of The Prince.  They suck air through their white Christian teeth and call him evil, but they are so very stupid, because I am certain that these people have not even looked at this book.  You cannot judge a man before you have the facts about him and you cannot judge a book, before you have read it  The Prince is bedtime reading for Goadsmen and Stick Wielders all over the world.  It is not possible that there is a President or a Statesman or a leader of a country anywhere, who has not been hungry for every page of this book.  But you, I doubt you have even opened this book.

It is old, it is small, but it is incredibly powerful.  So powerful, that I can guarantee to you that the country you are living in, was created on the words of this book.  That your constitutions and your governments and your laws and your authorities and your armies that are all controlling you, it is all happening, because of Machiavelli and this single book.  It has created the power in the minds of many people and although it is hundreds of years of old, it has great meaning today, the same like it always has.

Machiavelli describes in tiny details, how to acquire property and how to become powerful and wealthy and I use many of these techniques in my business.  Machiavelli was a very good realtor, I think!  Now I am telling you something, if this was evil, then all of your leaders and all of your governments are evil also.  But you are happy, when you make your vote for your favourite Prime Minister, you think that you have power; how crazy is this?  You are crazy, because he is the one with the power, but he makes you to think that you have the power.   If this was not how life must be, then it would not work so well, you know?  People would fight back and want the power and the control for themselves.  They do not fight back except on some small occasions, but they have not the leaders who are wise and they are quickly beaten by the sticks of the Goadsmen, until they crawl on their knees and hands into their dirty little mortgaged boxes, to lick their wounds and complain some more about their leaders.

There are the Gods who have all of the power.  There are a few cattle who think they have power and there are all the rest of the cattle who think that they have not any power.

This sounds to you so hard, like I am the evil one and that you are the squeaky clean innocent, without having done things to deserve what you get.  But, if you believe that you are cattle, then you are always cattle, because you show to yourself that you do not have the cleverness to become a God.  It is all in here, in your empty head, this is where you are a God or a Kuh.  It is this space inside here, where is your reality.  Your life is what you believe it is.  One day perhaps, you will wake up and know that you have the power to be anyone, but when you are asleep, so you must be commanded by your laws and by your governments.

You know, I think even sometimes, that some leaders know this so well, that it is a game for them, just like it is all a game for me.  Life is a great game and you either play the game to win or you are beaten like a dog.  It all happens in your heads.  If you think you have no power and that you must obey the authorities and you must pay your taxes, then you will live in fear for your whole life.  If you believe you have the power and you have the right, then you will learn that the Universe makes things happen for you.  Here again, I am telling you such important secrets of life and perhaps all the people in the world will become powerful, when they learn these secrets.  Hawhawhaw… I think that this will not happen, because most people are too afraid and too stupid to think in the right way and be transforming into someone important.

I must read to you now, some words from Niccolo Machiavelli as he wrote them, hundreds of years ago.  I could have wrote them today and people would not know that they are so old:

“…a prince must not have any objective nor any thought, nor take up any art, other than the art of war and its ordering and discipline; because it is the only art that pertains to him who commands. And it is of such virtue that not only does it maintain those who were born princes, but many times makes men rise to that rank from private station; and conversely one sees that when princes have thought more of delicacies than of arms, they have lost their state.”

And here is a sentence that I have placed in my memory, for so important is it to me, that it has directed my life:

“…above all a prince must scheme to give himself the fame of a great man and of excellent judgment in every action. A prince is also esteemed when he is a true friend and a true enemy, that is to say, when he comes out in favour of one against another without hesitation.”

These words  do not grow old.

Here is a beautiful gem for you to consider with your mind.  In British Columbia, there is a law that allows anyone to obtain a Free Miner Certificate and stake a claim on property, even when it is owned by someone else.  This is a such a great law!  Hawhawhaw….  It makes me think how sad are the people, when they are told that a miner is making a mineral excavation on their land.  The Canadian government is so hungry for money that they create this law and boohoo to the people who pay lots of money for land and build their home and their barn and their pretty garden.  The Free Miner can just send a letter and say ‘I am coming onto your land next month to develop a copper mine, because I think there is copper in the soil; if you don’t like this to happen, that is pech for you.’

Such a strange law and I was amazed when I first learned about it.  I was driving my big pickup truck along a gravel road one day and some men were making a survey near the road.  I stopped and asked them what it is they are doing.  They said they are surveying for minerals in the area.  This is on crown Land and also private property.  So, I researched for this informations and read lots of documents and articles.  I found articles where people are getting very angry because miners are digging up their private property and they cannot do anything to make it stop.  Of course, the first thing I must do is to obtain a Free Miners Certificate and to stake the claims for mining rights on all of my own property.  The law tells that the mining survey and development must be started within a period of time, but I do not worry about this thing, since I am very good at telling the authorities what I want them to do for me, so this does not matter to me.  These small details, they matter nothing to me.

Do you know that when you buy some land, you do not own the minerals or the rights to minerals beneath your house or your garden?  The minerals under your garden belong to the Provincial or Canadian government.  Anyone can visit the Canadian Ministry of Titles and make themselves a Free Miner and then it is easy to find property using their maps and within five minutes you have staked a claim and there is nothing in the world the property owner can do about this.

I sat down and I thought very much and in my deepest concentration about this.  I went for long walking in the forest and also thought about this.  Everywhere I went, I thought about this law and I put my mind to work for many weeks, because I can see this law as being a pot of gold.  I do not mean that I would dig for gold, hawhaw… this is work only for slaves.  Stupid people make their hands dirty, intelligent people always have clean hands and they make other people to do the dirty work for them.  The big question that fills my mind all this time, is how can I use this law to the best advantage?

I talked to people about this Mineral Tenure Act and I discover someone who is already doing this thing and he helps me to understand how it can be used to protect land and to make land more or less valuable, you know?   In some cases it is not possible to dig for minerals on private land or on farm land, but people do not know this and as I tell you many times, it is the fear that is the most powerful tool in the world.

Of course, I have many great schemes to use for this Free Miner Certificate.  Firstly, I think it is possible to identify a property you want to buy and then stake a claim on the property using a false mining company.  The property owners, they receive a letter from this mining company, telling them there is mining work starting soon.  Then I drive to the property and I tell the people, that I want to buy their home and their land, because I like it very much, blah, blah, blah.  I ask them all the questions and show them the box of gold maple leaf coins, like I have told you already and then I drive home.  I want to lure them onto my hook, but also I want them not to tell me about the mining, do you see this?  I must carefully persuade them to sell their house and to make them think that they are very lucky to have this opportunity.

When I go away from the house, I know that they will be thinking their God is answering prayers after all this time.  First, they are told their land will be mined and then comes a rich man to buy the land.  They must tell me about the mining notice, because this would be a breach of real estate law, but they want to really make sure that I will still buy the property anyway.  How much will they lower their price from its correct value, because of the mining?  Is it worth one half of the original price?  Is it worth one third of the original price? Or perhaps much less?  This is fantastic!  I can buy any property I want for a small amount of the original value.

If the property owner tells me about the mining, I must be completely  surprised and I tell them that this is not good for me and I leave.  I let them cook on the stove for two weeks and not to contact them.  Two weeks is such a very long time, when you have such suffering about losing your beautiful home.  They hope always that I will come back, but after two weeks they give up hope; this is the perfect timing!  Do you know how clever this is?  I am the master of understanding people.  After two weeks, they are feeling depressed and they are now accepting the fate of their God, that they cannot sell the property and the mining company will come along soon to destroy their world.  That is when I arrive again on their doorstep.  I do not tell them I am coming, but I tell them I was passing in my truck and I thought of them, for their terrible situation.  I like the property so very much and I like them also, perhaps I can help.

I have thrown to them a rope and they will grab that rope and not let it go.  If I was not patient and I contacted them too soon, they might be suspicious, this is why timing is most important.  Now I must work out a plan to help them.  Here I can play many cards and I will explain for you a few of them.

The first card I can play, is to tell them I am good at negotiating and perhaps I can make some agreements with the mining company about paying compensation for the damage to the property.  I then offer to buy their property at perhaps one quarter of it’s value, but I tell them I will pay to them the compensation also, that I have negotiated from the mining company.  This compensation I will pay when the mining begins and it is paid to me.  This agreement I make in writing.  The agreement of course, is only that I will pay them the compensation when the mining begins and only when I am paid.  The mining will never begin!  Ha!

Here is another card I can play:   I tell to them that I like them and I am deeply upset by their situation, so I will help them, since money is not so much problem for me.   I have also other property and that I can make for them a very good deal.  I will finance them to buy a piece of my lakefront property.     I tell them that they do not need to pay me money in a whole amount, we can exchange properties and I can provide finance for the extra that my property costs.  This is such a great deal for them, that they do not have to pay me cash money on the property.  This place on the lakefront is also much more convenient for them to go to town and I make for them the repayments to be very reasonable.  This will be for them a new paradise!

A better way I am thinking that free mining can help me to buy real estate, is also much easier.  I stake a claim on the land and then I write to the property owner and tell them I am beginning mining very soon.  I know that this very upsetting for them, so I want to do the best thing for them and will help them to find another property.  From that point it is exactly the same as the last example I give to you; by exchanging another piece of my property for their property and then providing the finance for them to pay the difference between their cheap and useless land that is being mined and my beautiful  lakeshore property.  I am feeling very comfortable with this direct approach.  When I am having to be nice to people and tell them how much I feel sad for them, I must stop myself from making vomit on their carpet.  It is easy for me to talk in a simple way to the cattle.  I make my best work when I have some aggressive feeling in my stomach

What a wonder of work this is for me!  I am buying property for a very small price and I am selling property on finance at ten times the price I paid for it.  I will help them to finance building a house and then finally, they must move to the elimination process, when I get back the property again.

Why do I not feel sad for these stupid people?  Do not throw at me your softhead feelings, I am not sad because they are so stupid; this is what they deserve and this is also what they want.  This is the most difficult thing for the cattle to understand, that I do these things for them, because they want it to happen .  Perhaps I am too clever for this world.  This is the Law of Attraction working like it must always work.  You attract people and events into your life that you must have, to connect exactly with what you make happen in your head so much of the time.  This is the most important subject in life, so I must tell you more another day.

Returning to this mining law, it gave me many more ideas for making money and for using it in the elimination process.  This also I will explain for you, because I am only describing here what is possible to do and I have yet not made these schemes into action.  However, I use the law for the elimination process already and it is looking to be very useful.  That is a good story for you.

Lawyers, I think of them like the fish that eat at the bottom of a fish tank; they live on all that is bad to other fish.  It is also necessary to use the lawyer sometimes and you must learn to use her to great results.  Let me explain this.

What happens in your head when you get a letter from a lawyer?  It must be bad news, you say, that is what you are thinking, yes?  You do not want to receive a letter from a lawyer, because it must be trouble coming to you.  So, another great help I give to you is to use the lawyer to give you this advantage.  You can make your enemy afraid, by making him to get a letter from your lawyer, but how do you make this to happen, when you do not want to pay your lawyer to write the letter?  This is so easy to do, but firstly, I must tell you more about power and how you have it.

Many people are afraid to tell what they want, but I tell everyone what I want.  The cattle, they are afraid of authority and when the authority tells them to do something, they must do it, but they are afraid to tell the authority what the authority must do also.  This is explaining, yes?

The RCMP police authority, Canada Revenue tax authority, BC Assessment authority, BC Courts authority, they are only businesses that are operated by cattle; they are just jobs; they are not important and these cattle are afraid of losing their jobs also.  The authorities make you afraid when they write to you their letters, yes?  But, you can use them also and tell them to do things for you.  I tell BC Assessment what I want them to know.  I tell them stories about other people, that they are tricking the authorities and telling lies to them about what they do with their land.  I tell them that they are not working their land as a farm and they are pretending only to be a farm.  The assessment authority then makes lots of trouble for these people.  I tell them my stories in such a powerful voice that they believe me.  This is very important for you to understand.  If you talk to the tax authority in your stupid little voice and it is shaking with fear, then you are showing you are weak and at the same time you are making them powerful.  If you talk to them and you tell them in a strong voice what you want them to do, they become the ones with the small voice and they shake and they say ‘yes, sir’ and ‘no, sir’ and they become like your slave.

Make people do what you want by acting with authority showing in your voice and in the way you hold your body and your head.  Authority is a vibration; it is a like a radio.  You are either transmitting your radio to people that you are weak and stupid or you are transmitting that you are a powerful authority.  What a secret I am telling to you!

This is the important tip that I must give to you; it is how you talk that makes who you are and makes you powerful.  Talk with a stupid little voice with your head downwards and you give away your power.  Talk with your head upwards with your chink sticking up like this [Author – we must presume that Chub means ‘chin.’  That deserves a good Chub-style guffaw:  hawhawhaw…. ] ….and in a big voice and tell them what you want and you have the power.  Power is a thing that you make in your head; if you believe you have power then you have the power.  If you believe that you have not the power, then you do not.  It is good sense, yes?

I believe I have the power of the Gods, because that is right.  It is true, because I believe it is true and I make actions with that power belief.  This makes me powerful.  Most people believe that they have not the power and they let the authority push them around and poke at them.  I am the pushing one; I am the big man with the goad.  Ha!

So, now we can talk again of the bottom-eating lawyer.  The lawyer is not an authority, but people, they believe that the lawyer can tell them what to do.  They cannot tell me what to do, do you understand this?  They have pretend authority, it is not real authority.  If they tell me to do something and I do not do it, I am not like a criminal breaking the law, because they are not the authority.  The courts, they are the authority and they can make people go to jail, but the lawyer cannot.  If I do not do what a lawyer wants, then he must go to the courts to make me do the thing; he cannot make me to do something.  This is a power I use always.

Think on this power.  If a lawyer tells me to do something and I am not doing it, then he must ask the courts to make me do this thing.  What does this cost me?  Nothing, I tell you.  It makes lots of work for the lawyer and he must spend lots of time and applications to the court.  The kuh that is using a lawyer this way, he is the one that is paying out of his nose and it is taking him so much more time.  After a long time of this special, slowing-down action from me, he will give up and he will throw in the towel; that is what you say, yes?  It is true, that if he does not give up, then the court will tell me I must pay for this cost.  I laugh at this even, because I tell him I have no money to do such a thing.  All of the property and all of my house and things, they do not belong to me, when you look at my documents, you see that they belong to some companies, that are not even living in Canada.  Perhaps I can pay $5 each month for fifty years!  Hawhawhaw…..  It is a great game!

But now I will tell you even more powerful things.  The lawyer is a powerful authority, that is what most people believe.  Knowing that this is what people choose to believe, then I get my lawyer to send letters for me, that come from the lawyer’s address and they have the lawyer’s name and seal.  I do not pay for the lawyer to write the letter, listen to this!  The lawyer is just another kuh and she knows nothing, but she has been to law school and has letters that follow her name, and then she can pretend she is powerful.  Ha!  What a nonsense this is!

When I want to scare somebody, I write a long letter to them, telling what I can do to them and demand that they obey me and that they pay me money.  Remember that I have told you already, never to miss the opportunity of making invoices to people; you want to make the pocket money very easy, yes?  I send the letter to my lawyer and I tell her she must print it on her legal paper and send it to the person.  I pay only a little money for this and not paying for the stupid lawyer writing and thinking.  Lawyers are always trying to screw you for lots of money and they spend many years learning how to do this.  Does this make you think of me?  Hawhawhaw…..

What happens when the person receives the letter from the lawyer?  They are frightened of course and they are shitting in their pants!  They are thinking that this letter comes from the lawyer and that they must obey the lawyer.  They are so stupid and I am having so much fun.  They think they must pay their lawyer to write a letter to me and they are stupid enough to do this.  Their lawyer must know that my letter has not been written by another bottom-eater, but they are rubbing their hands and thinking of the money they get from all of this trouble that this is making.  If you are clever then, you will not pay the bottom-eater to write your letters anymore, you will only pay her to send letters that you are writing.

So much you are learning from me.  So many tricks I am telling you and giving you for free.  I am amazed at my generous person.

Here is something that you will not believe and I like it much better if you don’t believe it.  If so many people believe this then they are all learning to do it and it works not so good, do you understand?

I  always look for the thing called ‘The Edge,’ do you know this thing?  The Edge is making the difference between a good artist and a best artist; a master of the art.  This thing that one person has  that makes him the best, is called The Edge and it can be many things.  I look very often for the unusual  things, that not others  look for.  An example,  I use special relaxation devices to help me to relax.  When the mind is relaxed, it makes decisions better and thinks of new things.  I know that sportsmen, they use relaxation to help them win and to make them to feel  better.  This thing many people believe already; it is an Edge, but too many people use it for it to be The Edge.  You see the difference, yes?

Remote viewing, do you know this thing?  This is what I am trained to do.  I learn this amazing technique from a man who was working for the United States Army Secret Intelligence.  He teaches me to go anywhere with my mind and to look at anything, just like I would be there in my body. Ha!  I can fly around the world and inside houses and offices and even look into files.  I can read things, like I have them on my desk.  I can see things that are happening and I can see things that have already happened.  This is very secret, so I cannot tell you very much of the details.  It is also very difficult for you to learn, and it takes many years, but I am special good with this technique.

To know that I do this would make many people afraid.  If they would know that their enemies look into their houses and see everything, without opening the door or the window, you know, this is very scary for them.  But this thing I can do.  It makes for me the better decisions when I know that someone is frightened of me.  I can feel that they are frightened when I am there, but they cannot see my body.  What power this is that I use?  It is a power that everybody has from the Universe, but the Gods only can learn this easily, because their minds are very advanced.

You can learn so much about this power when you study parallel universes.  I do not explain this now, because this is very complicated and to most people, it is not important, but with my power I can move between frequencies, like on a radio and I adjust my mind radio to hear and see new things on another frequency.

When I want to know what people are planning against me, I visit their homes by flying to them in my mind.  Do you believe this thing?  Ha!  No, I think you do not and that is the root of my true power.  That is why I can talk about these things and not fear that people will understand, because they are all too stupid to learn anything that is different and that is not on their TV.  It is like the movie to most people; they think it is unreal; a fiction thing.  Do you watch that movie ‘men who stare at goats?’  Crazy movie with crazy people, but the stupid kuhe, they think it is true and they are scared or they think it is not true and they laugh, but the cattle have not the intelligence to understand.  Only the Gods, they know and they nod their heads slowly with the small smile, because they know the truth.

People are not afraid because I fly into their homes in my mind, they are afraid because I tell them of this thing that I do.  One part of their mind is telling them it is nonsense and another part of their mind tells them it can be true.  The cattle are afraid of the thing that they do not understand; that is truth in all of life.  When I tell to someone a powerful thing that I know he does not understand, then he is always afraid of me from that time and he will always be afraid of me.  He does not know when I am watching him and this makes him afraid, and because he does not understand it, he is more afraid.

Some police and the RCMP, they are being trained also in remote viewing, to help them find informations and to look for criminals.  I can see on your face that you are thinking the police will find me with remote viewing.  Why do you think this thing?  I am not a criminal.  I am not a con artist or a fraud, because what I do is not illegal.  There are no laws against me, do you understand?  I can stand in court and say I am not doing illegal things.  This is what people find out if they pay their lawyers to chase me.  The lawyer just laughs because he knows the law can be outwitted and it is used to protect all people, including me.  Remember this always.

The police, I think, they cannot be good at remote viewing, but as I am telling to you already, it is the fact that the police say that they do this, that it makes people more afraid.  I have told to you before that fear is the greatest tool.  To make people afraid of you, gives you power.  This is why you see men pushing out their chests and pretending to be big, because it makes them feel powerful when they are bigger and when they push people around;  they are also showing how strong they are to make others afraid of them.  In truth they are not more powerful and not more strong; it is pretend, but it works when others are afraid of them.  This is power.

Think about how police and Canada immigration authority work.  Think about how governments work and the Canada Revenue  and the IRS.  They all use fear to give them power.  What is really funny for me is that the cattle give them the power in the beginning.  They make their votes for the governments and they pay their taxes because they are told to pay.  But, did you know that you are not required to pay the tax to IRS in the United States?  You are not required to pay, because it is illegal, but we are all pounded on our front-heads from the time we are born,  YOU – MUST – DO – WHAT – YOU – ARE – TOLD – TO  - DO – AND –  YOU – MUST – OBEY.  When this thing is done to you many times, then you believe it and you are afraid if you do not do this thing.  This is power and it is the power that is given to the authorities.  The cattle, they want to be told what to do, because they do not understand how to think on their own; it gives them fear also, not to know what to do.

This is the power that I use also.  I tell people what they must do and they do it.  I tell people what they must pay and they pay it.  I tell people what I can do to them if they do not and they are afraid of me.  I tell them I can fly anywhere with my mind and I can see in their homes and in their files and they are very afraid.  You know, I even show them this special electronic machine that looks like big sunglasses, but it is electronic.  I tell them that this tool helps me to travel in time and in space and I even offer them to try it, but most are too scared or they tell me they do not believe it.  But you know, when I smile at them and look close into their eyes, like this; then they are afraid and they know also that I can see their fear.  Hawhawhawhaw….

You must understand that I do not make this a joke, it is truth.  It makes your heart run fast and makes you feel strange inside.  This is power and this is fear-making and this is how I work each day and this also is how I grow stronger.

Here, if I make a step towards you and I make my body to look big over yours and I make my body, what is this? Angle?  Yes, when I angle my body over you like this and I make my breath in your face; what does that make you feel?  You make a step away from me, yes?  Why?  It is not because I have stinking breath, but because you are afraid of me.  To have the breath of a powerful man in your face, is very frightening.  This is like a very big errr…  drohung.  This is the word?  Threat?  Ha!  I am a BIG threat, yes, YES! (author – I broke the golden rule here and offered a possible translation for drohung.  Chub was so pumped up on his power drug, that he either failed to notice the interruption or the sense of the word ‘threat,’  drove him to a new high.  Usually, he would shout at me for interrupting his flow.  It is quite disturbing to watch someone become so aroused and I mean mentally, physically and sexually aroused,  by his sense of power.  Chub once told me that he had to go into his basement every day to masturbate, because of this powerful energy that he feels).

You understand now, that power is a thing; it is an energy that we give away or that people give to us.  We are power-givers or power-receivers.  The Gods are born power-receivers.  The cattle must always give their energy and their power to the Gods.  This is the most not understood fact in life.  Many people, they go to their churches every week and they give away their power to a God.  But this God is not someone they know; this God is a creation of the church and the church is controlled by higher force.  The church tells you that it gives you power, but really it is demanded that you obey the church; you are giving your power to the church and to the God of the church.  Always you give away your power and that is why you are weak and why you will never be powerful, like me.

Now I must tell you about the law and how it works.  You will be asking how it is possible for me to do some things and not be breaking the law, and I can tell you, it is easy.

You must understand that the Gods are living also by the laws of the countries.  This is happening in most countries.  Some countries, they experiment with other systems that allow the Gods to do anything they like to and the cattle must obey the laws.  This is not always so good, because after  some time that the cattle are seeing that Gods do not follow the laws, they get angry and they fight against the Gods.  The Gods always win, but it is unnecessary to make these troubles.  Even some of the Gods, they are growing too big for the shoes they are wearing and they make trouble in the world.  Ulysses Grant  in the United States, he did this.  He made too much obviousness that he was different from the cattle and did not have to live using the same laws as they.  Also, that man Suharto from India Asia Islands, [sic] (authors note: I think he means Indonesia) he is greedy like most presidents, but he makes much showing of the money and people know this and do not like it.  Sometimes they escape from punishment and sometimes they do not.  Gods can do what they like, but even the Gods must not make a show in the faces of the cattle, because the cattle will attack when they are very unhappy.  Do you understand this?

Now, you must understand that the law is designed to help the Gods in their work and it also is clever to make the workers believe it is helping them; it is protection for them.  They are very wrong.  Let me explain this in simple words, because this is difficult to understand for you.

I can do many things that remove people from my land and these things are not un-legal or illegal, yes!  The people they get angry and tell me that they get the police and the law chasing me.  Boohoo!  I know the police will not interest themselves with this and the law, there is nothing it can do, because I have not broken it.  Perhaps you can say that what I do is not nice, but when it is not breaking law, then there is totally nothing that anyone can do.

Understand this, here I can write a line in the sand and this side is legal and this other side is illegal.  To be a master of the craft you must either stay on the legal side of the line or when you are on the illegal side, then you must not leave your tracks in the sand.  Ha!  That is good, yes?

How can it be that you do not leave tracks in the sand?  It is easy, you fly!  Like a bird, you must fly over the line and do the illegal thing and fly home again, without to be seen and there are no tracks.  Did you know that the law is only broken when there is proof?  That is truth.  Of course, you know this, but you do not think about this because you are afraid of breaking the law.  That is the reason for the law, to make you afraid of breaking it.  But, some of us; and many are Gods, do not have fear about breaking the law.  The fear is to leave tracks in the sand.

I can tell you that I leave tracks in the sand one time.  I was opening a law suit against someone, to frighten them.  These people were not having fear like they should have and so I must get stronger with them, and so I open a lawsuit, just to frighten them.  I make a mistake, because I was not in good health at the time, and I open the lawsuit in the name of a company that could not do this thing; it did not have the right to open the lawsuit.  So, quickly I must make this right and buy the land that was in the lawsuit, but it cost me much money to do so.  Of course, this is still not right because the land is not owned by the company at the time that the suit was opened, so I must leave the lawsuit alone for a while and let the dust come down again.  It is painful to make a mistake, even for Gods.

Most times, I can frighten the Kuh off the field and he runs away, but it is also sometimes, when he does not run and I must be stronger.  This is when people see the tough side of me and not this big body.  I do not have great strength in this body, but I have strength up here, in my head; that is where I am strong.  When I need to get tough, then I get other people to cross the line in the sand for me.  I let other people leave their tracks in the sand and I can deny I know anything.  The English, again let me tell you, they were not doing the things I want them to do, so I must get heavy.  You are asking why that I pick on the English always?  Have I only sold property to the English, you ask?  Not at all.  I sell lots of wilderness property and a few wilderness properties many times,  hawhawhaw…  The English, they are more difficult and do not want to go, so this takes a long time and then we have many examples of my work to remove them.  This is why I make many stories about them.

I have a man staying in my house and he is tough-looking and he is strong.  I tell this man about my bad neighbours, the English, and how they are ruining my life and ask him if he knows someone that can help me.  Of course, he is willing to help me.  He is a hunter and he has a 4×4 bike with him and he is looking very mean when he wears a black face hat, and all you can see are his eyes.  He drives to the English and only the man he is there.  He tells the English man that he is with Delta Force, you know, the special forces from the US; very tough guys, also that he is now the owner of all the land, which the English is living on, and he is not wanting trouble from them.  He is very frightening.  He tells them he is making a Caribou ranch on the land and that he will have hunting parties shooting there.  This information I know will upset the soft-heads very much.

Three days later, I can then go to the English and play the good guy, do you know?  Good guy, bad guy.  It is a game that the cops use for getting informations from people.  I go to play the good guy and tell the English that I am scared, because a man is staying in my house and I think he is a CIA spy or someone from the tax authority.  I tell the English that he must not use his telephone, because I know that my phone is bugged; I can hear it working when I am speaking, and I tell him not to use the Internet, because the CIA can also watch everything you do on the Internet.  I tell him all of this and tell him also that we must agree what things to tell the authorities when they come and how much he pays for the property.

The hunter, he is a ‘hit man’ and you do not want to upset this man; he told also that the English woman is having trouble getting into Canada again because of immigration, because I knew she is in England at the time.  This is really good for making fear, to use immigration threats.

The English, he is so strange.  He would not sit in my truck and it was freezing outside.  He wanted to talk outside in the cold and I was freezing and he did not look to be cold.  So I tell him these things to keep the fear going.

I try also to make contact with the Mafia in Poland or in the East somewhere.  The old countries of the East Europe are very poor and they do anything for only small money.   I ask a woman if she knows these people that I can contact them.  I know that the Mafia will do anything for money and I know I can get them to help me and put an end to the English.  Before I can find the Mafia, I find men who are more near and not so expensive yet.  I pay them to do another job for me; to attack the llamas that the English have.  These people are so stupid about animals.  They do not eat them and they treat them like they are children.  This is how I can hurt them, by hurting their children.

One night the two hit men, they go into the field with the llamas and they smash the leg of one them, because the llamas are stupid like the English and they do not run away.

The next morning I am waiting in my truck, watching for the English to find their precious llama.  Finally, I see lots of running and hear lots of crying, so I drive my truck across the field next to them and I am very close to them and I sit and watch.  I am telling them with my eyes “this is just one thing that I can do, what do you want me to do to you next?”  I want to make sure they get the message.  I watch them with the animal and they lift it in a sling and carefully place it in their truck.  They take it to the vet many kilometers away.  I know they will do this thing and that it will cost them much money to do this, so I hurt them in many ways with one hit.  The next day I watch them digging a hole to bury the llama.  Ha! This is what I can do if people do not fear like they should do.

Of course, the Conservation Officer and authorities, they are buzzing like flies on shit and they ask me questions.  Have I done illegal things?  If you have been listening, then you will tell me the answer, it is no!  I have not done illegal things, because my tracks are not in the sand.  Even if the hit men are questioned, they do not have my tracks also.  I do not leave my tracks anywhere.

The authorities, they also are sick of driving so many kilometers into the forest for a dead llama, when they must have so many important things to do.  Each time the police are called to the situation like this, they are not caring, because they say it is a stupid neighbour dispute and we must deal with it ourselves.

Now do you understand  how the law is working for me.  I have much more I must tell you about the law and how to use lawyers properly.

I will tell you now another difference between the cattle and Gods; Gods demand what they want.  Do you know this already?  The stick-wielders do not, what is it? They do not dance around with stupid words and try to be nice; when they want something or when they want to know something, they say it.   The English way, euch!  I have told you already, it is making me so very sick with the English, when they are so polite and want to talk nonsense and not just say what it is they want.  The Germanic way is to demand and that must be respected.  It does not mean German people do not care, it means they do not use so many words and that is why they are so good with business, because they do not waste their time with stupid talk.

This is how I am so good at my work.  I tell people what I want and they give it to me.  I tell people what they must do and they do it.  It is so simple; if you do not demand, you do not receive.  It is a law of the Universe.  So, when I am selling property to people I demand to know everything about them.  Here is some good example, let me show you a letter i write:

You see I do not go fishing and hope to catch informations, this makes such time wasting.  I get the informations in the beginning and then I can make good plans for the file.  I make a big file on each customer and I make it all carefully in order, with lots of notes.  It is useful for selling the properties, but it is most useful for the elimination as I am telling you.

The Japaneses [sic], they are so full of fear and want to get out of their country, because it is so dangerous.  I tell them I can help them, but I must have the information first; all of the informations and then I can plan for them.  I also encourage their fears and send them more information about what is happening in their country that their leaders do not tell them.  If I do not know something, then I invent the information, hawhawhaw…. I am like the TV news!  The news is not always truth, it is invented; it is lies even, but it sells newspaper and it sells TV and it also sells property for me.  I am a good journalist, that is right.

You will notice also in the email, that I show you, that I am telling the Japanese that they must come to Canada now and then we sort out the details after.  When they do this it is so easy to make them do things, because they are afraid for immigration.  Do you know that the immigrations authorities are more powerful than the police?  They are very, very scary people.  I have seen them in Vancouver airport, when they are pushing people around and making them very frightened and they watch their victims through black glass and they watch body language and they know fear and lies and truth by watching body language.  This I tell to the people when they come from other countries, but then I say to them not to worry, because I will help them.  I tell them maybe I can make them refugees or something.  They do not last very long though, because they run away when they are beaten.  Perhaps they are deported; I don’t know.  It does not matter to me once they are gone, as long as I have made good my job of crushing them, they do not open their mouth ever again and they do not even have energy to shake their fist to me.

Immigration is such a powerful tool for selling and I think perhaps it is the most powerful tool I have.  I offer to people my special immigration consultancy and I teach to them how they can become citizens of Canada very easily.  I tell them that I do all of this for free for them and they do not have to pay lots of money to another consultant to get into Canada.  I am a really good consultant and my technique always works without lots of paperwork and lots of waiting.

When I know some of their secrets and I know their immigration situation, then it gives me power for holding immigration problems over their heads.  If I do not have any problems I can find for them, then I can invent the problems and I tell to the immigration authority that this person is a really a criminal in their country and must be investigated.  It is done without my name and the authorities do not care who I am.  They like to do their job and they investigate these people and they scare them very much. Yes, it would be a problem for me if the authority learned that I invent this, but how do they know?  Ha!  This is my power also; I have many hats I wear, yes.

It is necessary to have power at all times and here is a  great risk for you: you have invited a family to stay in your ranch house and they are two or more people when you are only one.  It is possible that a strong family creates a fence around themselves and they can be strong.  This is most important for you to understand then, that breaking the family into pieces must be done, in order to eliminate them.

I am not soft like the most of people; it is just a piece of the work each day; a nice piece of work, but it is still work.   It is like the killing of my little lambs when I am hungry; I must do it or I will die without food.  This makes sense to you, yes?

You have your family already and they are no more on the fish hook because they have paid the money and signed the finance document.  This is good, but now you must go to work.  I have told you already that you must be very clever and very strong to make the elimination process complete; if you are a soft-head, you will later have very much trouble and problems.  When you have the money and it is time to eliminate the cattle, then you must crush them absolutely.  I have told you this before, but do you know how to crush them?  This is my great system and it works like a magic trick.

Think on this: The family is in a new country and they have moved into your remote wilderness property.  There are so many things for them to do and they must be thinking always of building a house on their land.  This you must delay and stop, because it becomes very ugly when the houses are not complete and you wish to sell the property to the next customer.   It is not so easy to sell this land again, because people ask questions why there is a house not complete here.  It is much easier with empty land.  If the house is complete, then they do not want to live in your guest house, yes?  If the house is almost complete then they want to start working on the house right away also, and you do not want this.  If they leave your guest house and live in another house away from you, then you do not have control of them.  Then you have big problems.

Here you are seeing the plan clearly presented and simple.  Keep them in your guest house and do not let them build.  Tell them it is very important to watch the land and how it is with the winter before they build; they must see where is water running and where is difficult to drive a vehicle in spring and where the snow is remaining after the other snow has all gone.  So you keep them in a place where you have control over them and can see them.  Crushing them is a special process of psychology.  I have studied much psychology.  One of my wifes; my first wife, she was a good psychologist  and we learn much together.

Now here is important for you also to remember, when the husband and the wife are not agreeing, then they have problems and these are the problems that will help you the most.  When the wife is not happy, the husband is not happy and the children are not happy.  Only you are happy with this plan!

How do they become not happy, unhappy, yes?  You must take the happiness from them.  Here is a plan for you: The wife is under so much stress and problems looking after the children and the town is so far away, so she cannot go to town for food and things easily.  When you see the first show of unhappiness and unhappy words, then take the husband fishing; take him away to make the woman yet more stressed.  Take him fishing in your boat or drive him to show him something, but take him away so that the woman becomes really unhappy and also with the children to care for alone.  Try this only once and you will hear the arguments when you take the husband back home again.  You know then, that this is effective, so you can do it more each day.

What is so much better is when you can make the family use your truck or your car.  Tell them it is not necessary for them to buy a truck yet; why do we all need a vehicle that is not used every day?  This is so much expense and nonsense.  Tell them to use your truck when they need to go somewhere.  They will not want to go out very much because they do not want to keep using your vehicle.  It is small psychology things that are like the dripping water; drip, drip, drip.  They wear out their happy heads because they are not totally having control, but with small things like this.  They do not yet think the small things are hurting them, but you know the small things are the drips that are the most powerful things.

Step two in this plan is to give them work to do each day.  They must do something each day, because it is fair yes?  That they exchange work for staying in the guest house.  I do not remember the last time I must work in my garden, because I always have slaves to do this; chopping firewood also is good work for them.  When you tell them to do the work; in fact when you tell them anything, you always tell one of them; never more than one; either the woman-kuh or the man-kuh.  Tell only one and then they do not argue against you with the two together.  It is easy to tell one to do something, but when two are together they feel more powerful and will argue.  I usually tell the woman to work in the garden; sometimes they are good in the garden and sometimes they are not good.   This also is good and it is a part of human nature that they want to do good things for you; they want to impress you.  They want to be liked and human cattle, they do many things to get other human cattle to like them.  Here you will understand why I say it is good if they are not doing exactly what you want them to do.  Tell them they are not doing a good job for you.  It is simple, yes?  The garden is not planted right or there are too many weeds already. They will work harder and more for you then, but they complain also to their men that they must work so hard in the garden and have not time for the things they want to do.  Also, what is it feeling like to be told that you are not doing good work?  They feel very bad.

The crack is starting in the wall.  I am very good at making the cracks and it is so much fun to watch the cracks open bigger.

Divide and conquer!  You understand what I am saying with this now.  Divide the family and make for them arguments that will get more and more.  While the woman is working hard, take the man away for a fun day and here is also a very special trick of mine.  Give them beer to drink.  Why?  Why must you buy beer for the cattle?  Well, perhaps I don’t always buy the beer; it is so easy to say to them “do you have some beer?” Of course they want to make a gift to you of the beer.  But take them from the house and make them drink beer; this is most important.  When they go home to the woman, she can smell the beer on him; what a lovely day he is having and she is so unhappy!  Hawhawhawhaw…..  What angriness this is making for them and he did not have any idea that it was happening to him.  He is having a nice day drinking beer and she must slave in the garden or in the house.  How many times will she allow for this to happen?  Tell me!  She is not happy with this for many times before she is shouting and crying.  The crack has suddenly got much bigger yet.

It is excellent also if they have children.  It takes not much work at all for the children to become unhappy.  So I tell the children what to do and what not to do.  I tell them to be quiet, that they are making too much noise near me.  I tell the children not to make the mess in the garden and I tell them to stop doing things and then they are getting very upset.  I do not enjoy so much the children, because they make so much noise when they are crying, but they also are a powerful weapon.  If the children are not happy then the man-kuh and woman-kuh are also not happy.  I am  always hitting the keil into the crack: clock, clock, clock; and the crack is getting bigger.  You can break a huge tree into two pieces from one end to the other with this method.

When there is crying, there is great weakness; this is the best time to make them your special gifts of your invoices.  You can give them invoices for the electric they are using in the house and for the diesel truck.  You can make invoices for your administration and for little things that you have forgotten before.  You can make them invoices for the food they eat from your garden.  You can even make them invoices for repairing the house and then you can make them do the repairs.  Ha!  Make for them also,  the invoices bigger than is fair; this is more than very good for pocket money.  They think this is not fair, but in beginning times, they do not want to cause arguments with you, so they pay the money.  When they have many invoices that are not fair, they know that you are not a fair man and they do not want business with you anymore.

It must all be done carefully during weeks and months of time, however.  If you are not patient and you try to make him go away too fast, the kuh can see what you are doing.  You must be like the rot in the wood, yes, that is good.  The rot, he is slow; he is a mushroom growing in the darkness and he is not seen until it is too late and the tree is completely rotted and not good anymore.  The tree is dead and it must fall down. Ha!  That is so good!

Also, do not give the invoices all at the one time, no.  This is a wasting of ammunition.  Money is a such a powerful weapon.  Invoices from paper are ammunitions for your money weapon, so do not waste your ammunition for nothing.  Make each invoice work for you; shoot the kuh with the invoice when he is feeling the most weak.  Hawhawhaw… This is The Master at work, yes?   Prepare the invoice ready to print for when you hear the crying or the argument or when the children are not being good.  You can walk into the crying battlefield and say to them “oh, things are not so good with you today?  I am so sorry for you, but here is my invoice.  Do not worry on this money now, this can wait for tomorrow.”  This is so much fun to watch and see; this is better than TV.  You have your own soap play and you are the director.  Ha!  Think on this; you are the director!

Sometimes I like to be an actor in the soap play and I help them to resolve their problems.  I tell them I have very good advice and must help them with their family problems.  This is also good, because I can learn how much the rot is in the tree; hawhawhaw… this is the family tree, yes? Hawhaw…. and I really enjoy seeing the pain and hurt feelings they are having.

Now, this is what makes me different from the cattle.  The Gods, they are not the same as the rest of people; they do not feel the hurt of other people’s emotions.  This is like a special tonic, yes, a tonic, that is it.  When I see people crying and angry and hurt, I have a feeling of excitement that makes me shake sometimes and it is a really good feeling.  This is the feeling that the Gods have, not the stupidness of the kuhe.  Also, when I am helping other people with their problems and their stress, perhaps I can learn something else what is hurting them and causing them stress, then I can think of new ways to put the pressure on that hurt.  You know, this is what makes me so excited in this business; this is what I really love to do.  It makes me shake with the excitement sometimes and makes me think of sex even and of being hurt.  You know the pleasure that you can have from pain?  Do you know that pleasure feeling?  I have it sometimes and I have tried many things.  Do you know, one time, I had my wife beat my naked body with stinking nettles!  Anyway, this is some of the pleasure that you can have from this.  This is enough already;  I have talked to you enough today.

An Apology is Required

Chub does not stand to be corrected nor does he bear contradiction well, even if it is no more than a tick in your eye, his jowls vibrate with heat bubbling from his agitated emotional crucible.  If he unclips his ire from its hitching post, his chin will elongate and rapidly close the distance between you and it; and if at this point you choose not to retreat, you are likely to be impaled on the lance of his blackened, bead-eyes and withered  by the ever-present odour of garlic on unclean breath.   Chub is fanatical about garlic!

Alternatively, if his temper has not synthesized, he will slide away without another twitch and lose himself for days, urging  his anger and hurts, real and imaginary, onto paper, where they can seethe and solidify and fan the flames of his wrath.  I have seen his office laid waste from the barrage of crumpled pages attesting to his insufficiency.  Chub fits perfectly into the homeopathic space created by Arsenicum Album; he is utterly obsessed and mostly, he is obsessed with himself.. When Chub says something or writes something, he must spend days, weeks or even longer perfecting his feelings first and rehearsing them on paper.  Most of us would have exhausted those feelings long before and must lose the impetus to write them.  Not so Chub, he wills to hang on to every emotion and stir it around in visible form until he understands how to return that hurt to its originator; for Chub, everything originates from outside of him; he is the antithesis of God.

To stand and listen to his diatribe is a test of patience even for the most dedicated Yogi.  He will not be ignored, he will not be ridiculed and he must not; not ever, be corrected; even to the writings on these pages.  The ground actually shook when I refused him the pleasure of pre-publication reading; had I not done so, this book would never have seen the light of day; not in my lifetime; still he made his demand that it be written verbatim.  That, I granted.

Some misplaced words add a quaint sensation to the occasional sentence; others are the jarring scrape of nails on a chalkboard; still others appear to be wandering on the wrong page altogether; that’s the way Chub wanted it.  That’s what Chub gets, so don’t blame the author for anything other than listening to this black-heart in the first place.

You will also notice the repetitive ‘hawhawhaw-ing’, as Chub delights in the sound in of his voice and swells with his auto-appreciation.  Yes, he wanted his laughter included too.  Is anyone out there ready to challenge this man in a tournament of pomposity?  He believed, so he told me, that the inclusion of his laughter gave him a light-hearted and confident air.  Should I have offered an alternative view of such tripe, I would not wish to consider the repercussions.  Pride and folly are such gay bed-fellows sometimes!

Why I should have been chosen for this nauseating task I have already outlined in the Introduction; I do wish to expound on a more spiritual note however.  Since writing Chub’s story was both punishing and revealing; it was also actually enlightening; enlightenment even!  If the darkness of Chub and his kind should ever gather over our great cities, the press would report that the Biblical flood was come again.  The fact that his dark cloud has a preference to shed its bile and sorrow over the mountains and plains of Northern Canada; away from the God-fearing populace of the milder, anthill regions, is a blessing you should count among your own.  I have indeed been baptized at the font of his malice and had need to suck the poison from the wound of his touch, but I do not bear him enmity in return.

I have grown from this encounter; I have become much stronger; I found truth and vigour hiding in the shadows of my old-self and when polished and held to the sun, I dare to acknowledge a little sparkle in my being that I hadn’t noticed before.

Now I return to Chub with a different suit of armour; lighter, more flexible and forgiving and quite able to repel the hammers and arrows he recklessly looses in more incidental encounters with other beings; contrary that is, to his ‘first-encounter charm’ he so exactingly doles out to potential victims.

So, my apologies people!  My apologies for stripping Chub naked before you. My apologies for subjecting you to his insufferable ravings and his boundless ego.  Give him your time and attention though, from the safety that these pages afford and you may actually see through the fog of his delusion to something deep; a secret that Chub’s self obsession has accidentally drawn up in the pail of his own well; the depths of which  few of us can imagine.   If we are to believe in a God of whatever nature, we must also believe that we are somehow equipped with unlimited potential and absolute knowledge.  It appears that Chub has plumbed those watery depths and brought to the surface those secrets  of our potential.  He has misinterpreted them though, and grasps them by the wrong end; at least I choose to believe he has; he is dancing on the dark side of the moon to a tune of his own invention.  Read on, think well and reap the harvest.

Frequently, the most torturous visions are those that bear most nourishment to the soul.
